Michael Palumbo has been designing and developing stunning homes for 30 years and is considered to be one of the best around, but he claims his latest project will be his best yet. The $100 million estate is to be built in the prestigious Trousdale Estates neighbourhood of Beverly Hills, otherwise known as Billionaires Row.
The open concept home features expansive living areas that seamlessly flow onto the outdoor decks and lounge areas, offering amazing views of the encompassing hills and city. Enormous infinity doors, walls of glass and reflecting pools immerse the house in natural light. The water features inside the home lead to the lap pool, then onto the infinity pool that surrounds the property. Fireplaces are scattered throughout, including the library that contains a floor to ceiling wall of books.
The home will be built on a one acre piece of land and will feature seven bedrooms, including a master suite that’s bigger than the average home in Australia! A massive dining area, accommodating up to 18 people and 14 bathrooms. The lower level features a nightclub, a full bar, theatre room, a two-lane bowling alley, a professional catering kitchen, a hair and nail salon, a wellness centre and an eight-car garage. Is this all necessary? Absolutely not. That doesn’t mean who ever waits the 24 months to move into this place won’t be more than happy.
